PAYMENT TO BECOME AN APARTMENT OWNER PLAN:

1) 5% of the total price of the apartment is paid as a deposit. The apartment is reserved by making a Deposit-Reservation agreement between the parties.

2) 35% down payment is paid by the customer within 20-30 days. A Flat Purchase-Sale Agreement is signed between the parties.

3) The remaining 60% flat price is paid by the buyer in monthly payments for 20 months as of 01.04.2024 until the blocks, and therefore the flats, are officially put into use, i.e. until the Occupancy Certificate is received.
